Delivery Service
We offer ground floor delivery as standard.
Our drivers are happy to assist with bringing items inside if someone is available to help on-site.
Delivery Notifications
You will receive a text message the day before delivery.
Our driver will also call you approximately 1 hour before arriving at your location.
Tracking & Logistics
Our delivery vehicles are fitted with real-time GPS tracking and onboard cameras, allowing our central office to monitor the progress of your delivery.
This ensures we can give you accurate lead times and updates at any point in the delivery process.
Island Deliveries
If you're located on an island, we’re happy to arrange delivery or coordinate with ferry services for collection
Delivery Time
At DMG Furniture, we aim to deliver all orders within 7 days of purchase — that’s our core commitment.
For custom or made-to-order items (such as specific finishes, sizes, or configurations), delivery may take slightly longer — typically 10 to 12 days.
In very rural or remote areas, delivery may take up to 14 days, depending on accessibility and scheduling. However, we always do our best to meet our 7-day delivery goal, wherever you’re located.
We’ll keep you updated at every step and confirm your estimated delivery window after your order is processed.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DMG Furniture. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Fees
A standard collection fee of €80 applies for returns per item {
For large or bulky items (e.g., sofa sets, Super King, King, or Double bed frames), a restocking fee of 10%–15% may apply, depending on the item and condition.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at dmgfurniture.ie@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will arrange collection and provide you with further instructions.
